This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on https://naurealtyinvest.com (the “Site”), their purpose and how you can control them. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) by the website you are visiting. It lets the site recognize your browser across visits, remember your preferences or measure traffic. Some cookies are set by the Site itself, others by third-party services we use. Other techniques perform comparable functions, such as browser local storage or measurement tags; for simplicity, the word “cookie” covers them here as well.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent: without them the Site could not remember your language, your currency or your choices. They are not used to track you.
The OpenFreeMap mapping service sets no cookies; your browser simply requests map images from its servers. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check on the contact form works without advertising tracking cookies.
How consent works
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, decline or customize non-essential cookies. Until you make a choice, no analytics or marketing cookie is set and no Google script runs with data collection enabled.
The Site uses Google Consent Mode v2: the Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags receive your consent choices and adjust their behavior accordingly. If you decline, they set no cookies and send no personal identifiers.
Your choice is stored in the cc_cookie cookie for six months. When it expires, or if we add new cookie categories, the banner is shown again.
Changing your choices
You can revisit your decision at any time:
- by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the Site footer, which reopens the preferences panel;
- by configuring your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Instructions for common browsers are available at https://www.aboutcookies.org.
Refusing or deleting strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works, for example by resetting the language or currency on each visit.
