Acceptance

Accessing and using https://naurealtyinvest.com (the “Site”) means you accept these terms of use without reservation. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. The Site is published by Corentin NAU, an independent real-estate advisor operating under the brand NAU Realty Invest, whose contact details appear in the Legal Notice.

Purpose of the Site

The Site presents Corentin NAU’s real-estate advisory business in the Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya area of Mexico. It lets you browse properties for sale, learn about the market and contact us for information, a viewing or assistance with buying, selling or investing.

The Site is an information and introduction tool. It is not a transaction platform, not a legally binding offer to sell, and not personalized legal, tax or financial advice.

Property information

Listings are prepared from information supplied by owners and developers. They are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding. Prices are expressed in the currency of the listing; amounts shown in other currencies are indicative conversions based on European Central Bank reference rates and rounded.

We do not guarantee the availability of the properties shown: a property may be sold, reserved or withdrawn at any time before the Site is updated. Any decision should be preceded by a review of the official documents and, where appropriate, by the assistance of a notary and independent advisors.

Your obligations

You agree to use the Site fairly and lawfully, and in particular to:

  • provide accurate information when filling in the contact form;
  • refrain from attempting to access non-public parts of the Site, disrupting its operation or bypassing its security measures;
  • refrain from scraping, harvesting or reusing the Site’s listings, photographs or data by automated means;
  • refrain from using the Site to send unsolicited, fraudulent or unlawful messages.

Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content (texts, logo, visual identity, photographs, software components) are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Property photographs belong to Corentin NAU or to the developers and owners who authorized their publication. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited, except for viewing and printing for strictly personal use.

Liability

We strive to keep the Site accessible and its information current, without guaranteeing the absence of errors, interruptions or technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, Corentin NAU is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site, the inability to access it, or reliance on the information it contains. Decisions to buy, sell or invest are your sole responsibility.

The Site contains links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Forms and developers’ websites. These services are governed by their own terms and policies, over which we have no control. You use them at your own risk.

Personal data and cookies

Changes

These terms may be amended at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continuing to use the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought before the competent courts of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, Mexico, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules in force in the user’s country of residence.
